Interactive WebAR Experience – Vay Ádám Museum, Vaja
We implemented a unique, location specific AR project commissioned by the Municipality of Vaja. The goal of the development was to present the heroes of the Rákóczi War of Independence in an experiential way using modern technology, bringing history closer to all age groups.
By scanning QR codes placed in the museum garden, visitors can access the AR content without installation, directly through their mobile phone browser. A total of 13 interactive AR experiences await visitors in the garden of Vay Ádám Museum. The narration text was reviewed with the help of Kálmán Mészáros, senior researcher at the Institute and Museum of Military History. The project has been installed and the experience has become available to the general public. The WebAR solution simultaneously brings the past closer and showcases the future of technology in a spectacular, easy-to-use format accessible to everyone.
